The alien from And so, Thirty Years have Passed, referred to as John Paul in the English dub, is a minor character from the Turma De Mônica TV franchise. It first appears after Mônica wakes up from her refreshing rest.
Personality[]
The alien seems to be much friendlier than the aliens who appear in Abducted are. He reveals that Mônica slept for so long, so she effectively traveled 30 years into the future. He also seems to have a sense of humour (like Luan from the Loud House franchise does as she has a knack for comedy), as he warns Mônica that she may be getting old, although he is just kidding. His alignment is Chaotic Good.
Appearance[]
The alien takes his design from Cebolinha and resembles the latter physically thus. The alien's outfit is the same, being a green shirt and black shorts. Five strands of hair top his head, with the central one carrying green disks, making the character resemble an advanced creature from space. His model is identical to Cebolinha's, though with the aforementioned disks.
In the Dub[]
The character is heavily revamped in the English dub through personality and identity, but not appearance. He is now referred to as John Paul, and he now stands closer to Lane than Luan (both from The Loud House, though Lane is more physical with his jokes), as the character is more insulting, his so-called warning containing a message that Mônica is getting super-old. This is a foreshadowing of Mônica's discovery of the trick Cebolinha pulled. This character is Neutral Evil.
