Bloggy is one of the recurring characters of Monica's Gang. He is a boy who is very geeky, and knows all about the Internet, and computers in general. He often speaks in "Technobabble", which confuses the others sometimes. His first appearance was in Cebolinha #221 (Globo), on November 2004. He has a hair shape like @, round oval nose, square glasses, white shirt with black horizontal stripe, cargo light blue shorts, red and white sneakers.
