Caramelia is a form that Monica is forced to take on when Jimmy Five hijacks her lineage in the episode Monica? What Monica?, creating a mirror world. Her hair resembles Denise's in colour, but is tied up into a knot above her head. She also has a donkey, rather than a bunny. Caramelia does not speak much, though she is the main antagonist of said episode.
The character is presumably destroyed when Jimmy Five sets things right again, though it is possible that her dimension lives on as a mirror world.
Though Jimmy Five and Smudge think she is Lawful Evil, the character is in truth Lawful Neutral.
This character is not the same Parallel Monica who comes from the story arc Another Dimension.
