Couch Gag Louie (Portuguese: Teveluisão) is Bloggy's older brother and Specs best friend. He is a stereotype of a geek who is always watching cartoons, TV shows and sitcoms daily and rarely leaves home.
He is a 17 year old boy wears a blue and white striped shirt and white pants, blue shoes and glasses. He is addicted to television.
