Monica Toy (formerly Turma da Mônica Toy; lit. 'Monica's Gang Toy') is a Brazilian series and a spin-off of the Monica's Gang animated series. The series uses Chibi Toy Art for animation.

Here, Monica, Jimmy Five, Maggy, and Smudge do various things that often defy physics. Certain other characters like Chuck Billy may appear.

Whenever an episode starts, Monica tends to walk into the camera's view as she happily kisses Samson in her hands, while a remix of the main series theme plays. She then proceeds to stop in front of the word "Toy" and look toward the camera.

Characters

Main Characters:

• Monica: The leader of the gang. Monica only wears her short-sleeved red dress, doesn't wear any shoes, and she has two buckteeth sticking out of her mouth.
  • Samson: Monica's stuffed rabbit. Unlike in the main series, he seems to be able to move, quite similarly to Bunny-Bashing Monica. His main method of locomotion is hopping.

• Jimmy Five: The second member of the gang. He takes his design partially from the onion plant. His Portuguese name means "Little Onion". He is also Monica's rival.
• Smudge: The third member of the gang. He hates water and tries his best to avoid it, rain, and thunderstorms. His English name is Smudge due to the smudges that cross his cheeks.
• Maggy: The fourth member of the gang. Her most favorite thing to do is eat, and she loves watermelons. Here, she seems to be able to shoot the watermelon's seeds like a gatling gun.

Secondary Characters

• Franklin: The genius. He and his pet dog Blu love making inventions.
• Sunny: The sunny member. He takes his hair's design from the key, hence his Portuguese name being a pun on the Portuguese word "Chave" (lit. Key).
• Milena

Chuck Billy 'n' Folks

• Chuck Billy: The main protagonist of the Chuck Billy 'n' Folks sub-series. He is a lazy country boy. For his episodes, Chuck Billy enters the screen and stops in front of the word "Toy", cheering and waving on his way. Monica wears his hat for a Chuck Billy character's cameo.
• Zeke: He is Chuck Billy's best friend.
• Rosie Lee: This girl is Chuck Billy's girlfriend. She tends to wear a pink dress.

The Cavern Clan

• Pitheco: He is an inventor ahead of his time by a bit. For his intros, Pitheco carves the title onto a stone, then blocking the letter O in "Toy" with his body.

Lionel's Kingdom:

• Thunder: This character is an elephant that has green skin. He has stubby tusks and retains his personality. During his intros, Thunder marches and stops in the middle of the title card, forming the O in "Toy".

Horacio's World:

• Horacio: The main protagonist. He retains his personality from before. For his intros, Horacio enters the scene, but enters his egg and then performs an Egg Roll, stopping in front of the title. Horacio then peeks out of the shell of his egg at the camera.

Bug-a-Booo:

• Bug-a-Booo: The main protagonist of Bug-a-Booo. He seems more social than in his previous appearances. His intro has him walk onto the screen and then block the O in "Toy" with his body as lightning flashes. If Bug-a-Booo makes a cameo, the normal version of the intro pops up, but lightning flashes.

Animals

• Blu: He follows Franklin around. He seems to be more intelligent than he was in his original incarnations.
• Fluff: He's Jimmy Five's Lhasa Apso.
• Vanilla: He's Maggy's Angora cat. He is seen sometimes as Blu's rival. His Portuguese means "Porridge."
• Chauvy: He's Smudge's pet pig.
• Ditto: He's Monica's pet dog.
