Nutty Ned (Louco in the original) is a recurring character in Monica's Gang. He is one of Jimmy Five's "imaginary friends". His first appearance was in Jimmy Five #1, on January 1973. He is blond with black eyes, An adult man around 25 years old,[2] blonde and spiky hair, red shirt, short pink pants and brown shoes. Totally crazy and crazy.

As his name implies, Nutty Ned is somewhat crazy, and often drives Jimmy Five insane by making random things appear out of nowhere and annoying the poor boy.
