Tim Turtle (Tarugo in the original) is a character from Lionel's Kingdom. Sometimes he prefers to be called a tortoise,[2] even though in most situations he is confused as a "turtle", a little busy with everything, even though he is slow, and short tempered with his more than 100 godchildren, he is the popular billet with a pair of bottle-bottom glasses and its hull with sunroof.
